Founded and led by advanced nurse practitioners and independent prescribers, the clinic combines extensive clinical expertise with a personalised, patient-centred approach. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual, with a focus on achieving natural, balanced results while upholding the highest standards of safety and ethics.

All treatments are carried out by medically qualified Registered Nurses who are Independent Prescribers, ensuring expert clinical oversight at every stage of the patient journey.

The Team

Perfectus Derma is built on the principle that healthy skin is the foundation of true aesthetic results. The clinic combines medical expertise with cutting-edge technologies to deliver subtle, refined enhancements while maintaining the integrity of the skin.

The approach is patient-led, focusing on education, transparency and long-term results rather than quick fixes. Each treatment plan is bespoke, designed to align with the patient’s goals, lifestyle and skin condition.

Founders & Clinical Leads

Perfectus Derma Aesthetics was founded by Arkadiusz Bulanda and Terry Robson, both Registered Nurses, Advanced Clinical Practitioners, and Independent Nurse Prescribers.

Arkadiusz brings over 17 years of experience in Emergency and Critical Care within the NHS, alongside more than 6 years in medical aesthetics. He holds a Level 7 Diploma in Medical Aesthetics awarded by the prestigious Harley Academy London and has advanced training in cosmetic dermatology and facial aesthetics.

Terry Robson is also a Registered Nurse and Independent Prescriber, with 14 years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine within the NHS. Within medical aesthetics, Terry has a particular interest in regenerative treatments and non-injectable therapies, contributing to the clinic’s holistic and results-driven approach.

Wider Clinical Team

The clinic is supported by two additional practitioners, forming a highly qualified team of Registered Nurses and Independent Nurse Prescribers.
