The Safety in Beauty Campaign works closely with many organisations to ensure that any complaints submitted to our administration office via e-mail will be dealt with in a sensitive, confidential and responsible manner. We will ensure that whether it is a matter for a legal entity, a professional members association, care quality commission, general medical council, consumer watchdog committee, medicine and healthcare products regulatory office, or advertising standards authority, your concern, complaint, or communication will not be ignored. We will respond to all complaints and concerns within 48 hours and will always ensure any advice or information given is done so by professional volunteer advisory panel members and experts.
