Mesotherapy

What is mesotherapy?

We all know how good a cocktail can be, and mesotherapy is a cocktail for your skin. It is an injectable treatment which combines a variety of ingredients which are then injected into the middle layer of the skin. The ingredients which are chosen will vary from treatment to treatment as it will depends on what you are trying to achieve, but it will usually contain hyaluronic acid and vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

Who is an ideal candidate for mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy can be used for a range of concerns, but is particularly good for those with lines and wrinkles that they would like to reduce, as well as anyone with sagging skin. As it often contains the water attracting hyaluronic acid, it is also useful for hydrating the skin and tightening it in crucial areas such as those beneath the eyes. It can create a glowing complexion, so is good for those who feel that their skin is looking dull or tired, and has been known to be beneficial for those with hyperpigmentation and acne amongst other skin conditions.

How mesotherapy work?

Mesotherapy helps to smooth the skin and give it a rejuvenated appearance. The cocktail is injected into multiple sites around the face, allowing it to stimulate the skin tissues. This triggers a variety of responses depending on the ingredients that have been included, which can then work on improving blood circulation, flushing out toxins and stimulating collagen and elastic production.
