What are injectable moisturisers?
Injectable moisturisers also known as Skin boosters have been designed to provide instant hydration, improving the texture of your skin and giving a boost to your moisture and luminosity levels. How do injectable moisturisers work?
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in the body which attracts water and so has a great many moisturising properties. This is injected superficially into the skin and can be used as a standalone treatment or combined with others. It can help to firm the skin, making it brighter and evening out skin tone. Some injections will also include a combination of vitamins and minerals to give the skin extra nourishment and encourage good skin health.
