Emma Wedgwood is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber with over 20 years at the forefront of medical practice. Following an extensive career in intensive care within the NHS, where she honed her precision and calm under pressure, Emma transitioned to aesthetic medicine in 2018, bringing her clinical precision and medical expertise to the field. A foundation of medical rigour now underpins her integrated approach to skin rejuvenation and facial harmony. What sets Emma apart in the landscape of skin enhancement is her unwavering commitment to nurturing the whole
person.

As Clinical Director of Wedgwood Medical, her expertise spans the full spectrum of regenerative skin medicine from advanced injectable treatments to specialised laser interventions. Emma is particularly renowned for her mastery of advanced laser technologies, having developed specific protocols for treating complex skin conditions with remarkable effectiveness. Her extensive laser expertise enables her to address acne, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, and thread veins with exceptional precision, often achieving results where other treatments have failed. Based at locations in Mayfair (within the luxury Jo Hansford Salon), and Kingston, Emma offers a sanctuary where science meets artistry. Her comprehensive treatment portfolio combines her signature laser techniques with
next-generation approaches including Exosomes, Polynucleotides, and precision-targeted fillers, all delivered with an artistic eye that honours each face’s natural movement and expression.

With a philosophy of restoration rather than alteration, Emma’s approach integrates clinical expertise with holistic wellbeing. She specialises in personalised treatment plans that address both skin concerns and facial structure, working collaboratively with patients to achieve natural-looking results.

Emma holds an MSc in Cosmetic Medicine from the University of South Wales and serves on the board of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses. A Key Opinion Leader and Expert Trainer for Croma in Polynucleotides (PhilArt), she also maintains memberships with the British Dermatological Nursing Group, Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative, and the British Medical Laser Association. She is SaveFace accredited.

Beyond her clinical practice, Emma devotes time to charitable causes as a regional Chairperson for an addiction charity and mentors underprivileged children. Her commitment to giving-back inspired her to launch, ‘EWA: Restore, Reclaim & Renew’ – a pro-bono clinic serving individuals recovering from addiction and substance abuse. The
initiative offers comprehensive consultations, regenerative treatments, cosmetic injectables, and lifestyle guidance alongside community support through regular meet-ups.
