ABOUT R&R AESTHETICS

R&R Aesthetics is a discreet, boutique medical aesthetics and skin health clinic founded by Nurse Independent Prescriber Caroline Hall. Based in Garforth, Leeds, with a second clinic located near Richmond in North Yorkshire, R&R Aesthetics provides a comprehensive range of advanced aesthetic, skin, body and wellbeing treatments within calm, private and professional clinical environments.

The clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and places patient safety, clinical excellence and high standards of care at the centre of its approach. R&R Aesthetics combines medical expertise with advanced technologies and carefully selected, clinically proven products to provide treatments tailored to the individual needs and goals of each patient.

R&R Aesthetics has developed an extensive treatment portfolio spanning injectable aesthetics, advanced skin rejuvenation, regenerative treatments, laser technologies, body treatments and wider wellbeing services. The clinic’s philosophy centres around achieving natural-looking results while providing patients with honest guidance, personalised treatment planning and dedicated support throughout their treatment journey.

ABOUT THE TEAM

R&R Aesthetics Clinical Team
R&R Aesthetics is supported by a multidisciplinary team of medical, aesthetic and skin professionals, led by Founder and Nurse Independent Prescriber Caroline Hall. The team brings together expertise across aesthetic medicine, advanced skin treatments, laser technologies and patient care, enabling the clinic to provide a broad and considered approach to aesthetics and skin health.

The clinical and treatment team includes Caroline alongside experienced practitioners specialising in skin, laser and aesthetic treatments. The wider clinic offering also incorporates specialist medical services, including consultant-led minor surgery and vein treatments, allowing patients to access an increasingly diverse range of treatments within the R&R Aesthetics setting.

Patient care remains central to the team’s approach. Consultations are designed to understand each patient’s individual concerns before recommendations are made, with treatment plans developed according to their needs, features and desired outcomes. Patients are supported from consultation and preparation through to treatment and ongoing aftercare.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Caroline Hall – Founder & Nurse Independent Prescriber
Caroline Hall is the Founder of R&R Aesthetics and an experienced Nurse Independent Prescriber with an extensive clinical background spanning nursing, midwifery and aesthetic medicine.
Caroline began her healthcare career in 2005 after qualifying as a Registered Nurse at the University of Bradford. Committed to continuing her professional development, she went on to achieve a BSc (Hons) in Midwifery from the University of Leeds. Her NHS career included two years working as a staff nurse within Accident & Emergency followed by eleven years working as a midwife.
Having long held an ambition to work within aesthetic medicine, Caroline began her aesthetics training in 2016. She completed Foundation and Advanced training under Dr Zack Ally and Dr Sanah Qasem at Derma Medical in London before continuing to develop her expertise through regular advanced training.

In 2018, Caroline returned to university and completed her Non-Medical Prescribing qualification at Manchester Metropolitan University, becoming a Nurse Independent Prescriber. She has subsequently undertaken further advanced training in areas including non-surgical rhinoplasty and tear trough fillers on Harley Street and has continued to invest extensively in advanced facial anatomy, injectable techniques and patient safety.

Caroline has completed a 10-month mentorship programme with internationally recognised aesthetics expert Dr Lee Walker, undertaking in-depth study of facial anatomy and advanced aesthetic techniques. Her ongoing professional development has also included participation in Allergan’s MD Codes training programme.

Alongside her clinical practice, Caroline has established a prominent role within aesthetic education. She is a National Trainer for Acquisition Aesthetics, providing foundation and advanced aesthetics training to medical professionals. She is also a National Clinical Trainer for DermaFocus Polynucleotide treatments and a faculty member for Aestheticare. Her expertise has seen her present and demonstrate within aesthetic medicine at both national and international level.

Caroline founded R&R Aesthetics after identifying a need for high-quality, accessible medical aesthetics within Garforth and the surrounding area. She became one of the town’s early independent aesthetic practitioners and has since developed R&R Aesthetics into an established clinic with a strong focus on evidence-based practice, advanced techniques, patient safety and natural-looking outcomes.
