About Helena Casales-Arregui
Helena Casales-Arregui is the Founder and Clinical Director of Nova Derma Aesthetics and a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and member of the Royal College of Nursing.
She qualified as a nurse in 2011 and has extensive experience working within surgical healthcare settings, providing her with a strong clinical foundation and understanding of patient safety and procedural care.
Helena further advanced her aesthetic expertise by completing a Level 7 Diploma in Facial Aesthetics at the Medical & Aesthetics Training Academy on Harley Street, where she trained under recognised UK industry leaders.
Her background combines medical training, clinical responsibility and aesthetic practice, allowing her to approach treatments with both technical precision and patient-centred care.
