Kelsey Bailey BSc (Hons) PGDIP PGCERT RN INP
Clinical Director
Kelsey Bailey is the founder of KB Aesthetics London, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and qualified non-medical prescriber with over thirteen years of clinical experience across hospital and aesthetic medicine.
She began her nursing career in 2009 within a major East London trauma hospital, developing a strong foundation in patient safety, precision and clinical decision-making.
In 2019, Kelsey moved into Practice Nursing, which she continued alongside her aesthetics work until 2024, when she made the decision to focus fully on aesthetic medicine.
As demand for her treatments grew, she established KB Aesthetics London Ltd in Canary Wharf to provide a dedicated, medically led clinic focused on natural results, skin health and patient safety.
Her approach is centred on subtle, balanced enhancements that prioritise long-term skin quality and never compromise natural features.
R-Marni Aguilar VTCT BSc (Hons) MSc
Senior Skin Therapist | Socials & Marketing Manager
R-Marni brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and practical skincare knowledge to KB Aesthetics London.
He holds a BSc in Biochemistry from King’s College London and a Master’s in Public Health & Policy from Queen Mary University of London, providing a strong foundation in health and skin science. He has also completed accredited training in skincare and massage therapy (VTCT), developing a hands-on, results-driven approach to treatment.
At KB Aesthetics, R-Marni specialises in Advanced facials, Chemical peels and SkinPen Microneedling, focusing on improving skin health, texture and overall radiance through tailored treatment plans. Alongside his clinical work, he also leads the clinic’s Social Media management, helping to communicate educational content, treatment information and patient journeys in a clear and consistent way.
Louise Mitchell VTCT
Skin Lead
Louise (Lou) is our amazing Skin Lead at KB Aesthetics London, bringing years of expertise in beauty and advanced skincare. Specialising in SkinPen Micro-Needling and overall skin health, Lou is passionate about delivering results-driven treatments that help clients achieve their best skin yet.
Her extensive training includes VTCT and NVQ-level qualifications, alongside ongoing advanced industry training, ensuring she stays at the forefront of the latest innovations in skin science. Her deep knowledge, hands-on experience, and commitment to skincare excellence make her the ultimate go-to expert for all things skin rejuvenation and health.
