About the Team

Kat & Co was founded by Mrs CC Kat, one of the UK’s most decorated consultant plastic surgeons, who continues to practise at the clinic following its acquisition by Pall Mall Medical Group in 2025. The surgical team she built – and continues to lead – includes Mr Andrej Salibi and Dr Leo Fasano, alongside a wider group of doctors, practitioners and a dedicated administrative team providing a seamless patient experience from first enquiry to aftercare.

Mrs CC Kat founded the clinic in 2010, stepping away from her NHS consultant role to dedicate herself entirely to plastic and reconstructive surgery in the private sector. One of the very few female plastic surgeons in the UK, she brings both professional precision and a uniquely empathetic perspective to every patient relationship. She is nationally recognised – named by The Times as one of the UK’s top plastic surgeons, listed by Tatler Magazine among the UK’s top five facial plastic surgeons on multiple occasions, and a member of BAAPS, BAPRAS, ISAPS, EASAPS and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Mrs Kat is particularly celebrated for her signature surgical innovations, including her one-stitch and two-stitch mini facelift and her lock-and-glue lipoabdominoplasty – techniques that reflect her perfectionist approach and commitment to achieving the very best result for every patient.

Mr Andrej Salibi is a highly experienced consultant plastic surgeon trained at some of the UK’s most renowned units, including the world-famous Canniesburn Plastic Surgery Unit in Glasgow and the Pulvertaft Centre in Derby. Listed on the GMC Specialist Register and a full member of both BAAPS and ISAPS, Mr Salibi has a particular interest in breast aesthetic surgery and body contouring, alongside rhinoplasty, ear correction and facial rejuvenation. He is also committed to the training of junior surgeons in plastic surgery.

Dr Leo Fasano is an established body sculpting specialist and one of the UK’s true experts in VASER liposuction, fat transfer and non-invasive skin tightening. He holds a Master’s in Aesthetic Medicine from Queen Mary University of London and has trained internationally across Italy, the USA, the UK, and Australia – including specialist training in VASER Hi-Def Sculpturing at the Cosmos Clinic in Sydney. More recently, Dr Fasano has added Renuvion plasma skin tightening to his practice, offering patients access to one of the most advanced body contouring technologies available. Registered with the GMC and known for his meticulous attention to patient needs and post-operative care, Dr Fasano brings both technical precision and genuine warmth to every treatment.
