ABOUT EJW AESTHETICS

EJW Aesthetics is a nurse-led medical aesthetics and training clinic based in Wigan, Greater Manchester. Founded and led by experienced aesthetic nurse Emily Watson, the clinic provides a range of advanced injectable, skin and rejuvenation treatments with a strong emphasis on patient safety, evidence-based practice and natural-looking results.

The clinic’s philosophy centres around subtly enhancing each patient’s existing features rather than dramatically changing their appearance. Treatments are approached with careful consideration of the individual, using premium products and current aesthetic techniques to create refined results while supporting patient confidence and wellbeing.

Alongside its clinical aesthetic services, EJW operates a dedicated training service via The Aesthetic Training Hub providing foundation and advanced aesthetics education to medical professionals.

ABOUT THE TEAM

EJW Aesthetics 

EJW Aesthetics is led by Emily Watson, an experienced nurse and aesthetic clinician who has worked within both NHS healthcare and aesthetic medicine.

Emily continues to maintain her medical knowledge alongside her aesthetics practice, with the clinic placing particular emphasis on current evidence-based practice, patient safety and high standards of clinical care.

The training side of the business via The Aesthetic Training Hub is similarly focused on creating a supportive and clinically responsible learning environment. Training is designed specifically for medical professionals,  allowing students to receive close supervision, practical experience and individual guidance.

Patients and students are supported beyond their treatment or training session, with EJW promoting continued communication, advice and aftercare as an important part of both its clinical and educational approach.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Emily Watson – Founder, Aesthetic Nurse & Educator
Emily Watson is the Founder of EJW Aesthetics, an experienced NHS nurse, aesthetic clinician and educator with extensive combined experience across healthcare and aesthetic medicine.

Emily’s background is firmly rooted in nursing. She has worked within the NHS for many years and has held the position of Ward Sister, providing her with significant experience in clinical care, patient safety, leadership and the management of patients within a medical environment.

Her interest in aesthetics led her to undertake extensive additional education, travelling across the country to train with leading aesthetic practitioners and doctors. Rather than relying solely on her initial qualifications, Emily has continued to invest in developing her knowledge and techniques as aesthetic medicine has evolved.

Her professional development has also taken her internationally. Emily travelled to Geneva to further her experience and knowledge through training with a leading plastic surgeon, supporting her continued focus on advanced techniques and current evidence-based aesthetic practice.

Emily has developed particular experience in injectable aesthetics, including anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers and facial enhancement, alongside medical-grade skincare and regenerative or biostimulatory treatments. Her treatment philosophy focuses on subtle enhancement and helping patients achieve natural-looking results while maintaining their individual features.

Education has subsequently become an important part of Emily’s professional career.  she provides foundation and advanced aesthetics education via The Aesthetic Training Hub for medical professionals looking to enter or develop within aesthetic medicine, the service is a CPD-accredited education provider established with a focus on improving early-stage aesthetic education through safe, ethical and structured training.

Through her work as a clinician and educator, Emily combines her nursing background, aesthetic expertise and commitment to ongoing professional development to provide both patients and medical professionals with a safety-focused and supportive experience.
