About Dr Sima Al Asad

Dr Sima Al Asad is the Founder and Medical Director of Dr Sima Aesthetics. She is a medical doctor and aesthetic practitioner with a specialist professional interest in women’s wellbeing, intimate health and cosmetic gynaecology.

Alongside her private aesthetic practice, Dr Sima is currently undertaking postgraduate medical training within the NHS in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, further strengthening her expertise in women’s health. During her early postgraduate career, she gained clinical experience across a wide range of medical and surgical specialties, including urology and uro-gynaecology, developing a strong understanding of women’s pelvic health and intimate wellbeing. She has also gained valuable international clinical experience through her work with the Dubai Health Authority, caring for patients from diverse cultural and healthcare backgrounds.

Dr Sima is passionate about breaking down the stigma surrounding intimate health by encouraging open, respectful conversations that help women make informed decisions about their bodies. She is widely recognised for her thoughtful, personalised approach to patient care and has contributed to discussions on women’s health across national media, including The Sun, Daily Mail, Women & Home, MSN and Metro.
