About Alexandra Mills
Alexandra Mills is the founder and Clinical Director of AM Aesthetics. A highly experienced aesthetic nurse and independent prescriber, Alexandra is widely recognised for her expertise in non-surgical rejuvenation and her ethical approach to practice.
She holds a nursing degree from Queen’s University Belfast and brings over a decade of clinical aesthetic experience. Alexandra is also the Vice President of BAMAN (British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses), where she plays a leading role in shaping clinical standards, professional education, and advocacy within the industry.
In addition to her clinical work, Alexandra serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing and is a frequent speaker at national aesthetic conferences. Her reputation is built on honesty, precision, and a commitment to achieving elegant, natural results tailored to each patient.
