About The Best Customer Service Award 2025
Award Overview
This award honours a business within the beauty, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or cosmetic intervention sector that consistently goes above and beyond in delivering outstanding customer service. The recipient will exemplify a patient- or client-first ethos, offering a seamless, supportive, and superior customer journey at every touchpoint.
Eligibility
Open to all businesses operating within the beauty, aesthetic medicine, cosmetic surgery, or cosmetic intervention sectors, including clinics, salons, service providers, or product-based enterprises.
Criteria
The winning business will demonstrate excellence in the following areas:
- Safe, Friendly & Professional Environment
- Provides a welcoming and reassuring atmosphere where client safety, dignity, and comfort are prioritised.
- Commitment to Continued Professional Development
- Invests in ongoing training and education for staff, fostering a culture of learning, excellence, and up-to-date best practice.
- Clear and Informative Digital Presence
- Maintains an accessible, user-friendly website that provides comprehensive and transparent information about services, pricing, and policies.
- Extended Client Support
- Offers out-of-hours contact options or extended support systems, ensuring clients feel cared for beyond standard business hours.
- Exceptional Customer Journey
- Delivers a flawless and personalised experience from initial enquiry to post-treatment care, ensuring every step is smooth, engaging, and respectful.
- Recent and Relevant Testimonials
- Backed by positive reviews, testimonials, or case studies from clients or patients within the past 12–18 months, clearly evidencing exceptional service delivery.
- Added-Value and Unique Support
- Demonstrates innovative or unique approaches to client care—such as follow-up check-ins, wellness resources, emotional support services, loyalty programmes, or educational content.
This award celebrates businesses that put people at the heart of their service—ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, caring, and memorable.
How is the winner chosen?
- A judging panel of 3 judges selects the winner.
- Voting opens 5th July 2025 and voting closes 5th September 2025
- Please note that public votes will be considered as a supportive element but will not determine the final outcome.
- Judging will take place from 5th October to 5th November 2025
- Final Winner will be announced at The Safety in Beauty Diamond Awards Ceremony and Gala at The Londoner Hotel, Leicester Square, The Ballroom, 6pm on Saturday 6th December 2025, entry will be monitored for strictly guest list only.
