Congratulations! You have successfully made it through as a finalist in the 2026 Safety in Beauty Awards.

This is where the competition becomes even more exciting. Throughout August and September, our independent judging panel will carefully review and assess all finalists before selecting the winners for the 2026 Safety in Beauty Awards.

To strengthen your application, we invite you to submit supporting evidence that demonstrates why you should be recognised as a winner. Providing relevant documentation will help the judges gain a deeper understanding of your achievements, commitment to excellence, and contribution to raising standards in safety across the beauty, aesthetics and wellness industries.

If you have already submitted supporting evidence, please disregard this request. However, you are welcome to provide any additional documentation that may further support your application.

2026 Safety in Beauty Awards – Supporting Evidence Submission Criteria

To ensure our judging panel can assess every finalist fairly and consistently, please submit supporting evidence relevant to your award category.

Category 1: Brand, Product or Device

Please provide supporting evidence where applicable, including:

Scientific and Clinical Data – Peer-reviewed studies, white papers, clinical evaluations, or trial data demonstrating product safety and efficacy.
Regulatory Approvals and Certifications – CE marking, MHRA registration, FDA clearance, ISO certifications, or other recognised regulatory approvals.
Safety Profile – Adverse event reporting, post-market surveillance, risk assessments, or documented safety monitoring.
Customer or Practitioner Feedback – Testimonials, surveys, reviews, or endorsements from users and healthcare or beauty professionals.
Usage Data and Measurable Outcomes – Statistics demonstrating adoption, success rates, performance, or customer outcomes.
Sustainability and Ethical Manufacturing – Evidence of responsible sourcing, cruelty-free credentials, recyclable packaging, or environmentally responsible practices.
Innovation and Industry Impact – Examples of innovation, problem-solving, research, or achievements that have advanced safety or standards within the sector.

Category 2: Individual Professional, Clinic Founder or Clinic Lead

Please provide supporting evidence where applicable, including:

Professional Qualifications and Credentials – Your CV or professional biography, certifications, CPD, memberships, licences, and accreditations.
Treatment and Patient Safety Protocols – Examples of consultation processes, informed consent, infection prevention, safeguarding, risk assessments, and aftercare procedures.
Clinical Case Studies or Before-and-After Documentation – Examples of treatments with appropriate client consent or anonymised information demonstrating safe practice and outcomes.
Client Testimonials – Written or video testimonials that reflect client satisfaction, trust, and quality of care.
Complaint Handling and Risk Management – Policies or examples demonstrating effective incident management, complaint resolution, and continuous quality improvement.
Clinical Environment Standards – Evidence of hygiene protocols, infection prevention, compliance documentation, equipment maintenance, or clinic standards.
Leadership and Professional Development – Evidence of mentoring, staff training, leadership initiatives, or contributions to developing high standards within your clinic or profession.
Community Impact and Ethical Practice – Charitable work, volunteering, education, advocacy, or wider contributions that promote safety, professionalism, and ethical practice across the industry.

Category 3: Business Support Services

(Including PR, Marketing, Digital Services, CQC Compliance, Software, Business Administration, Accounting, Customer Service Support and Consultancy.)

Please provide supporting evidence where applicable, including:

Client Portfolio and Testimonials – Examples of clients supported, accompanied by testimonials or case studies demonstrating measurable value.
Project Outcomes – Evidence showing successful outcomes from marketing campaigns, compliance support, software implementation, operational improvements, accounting services, or customer service projects.
Service Excellence and Innovation – Examples of innovative services, technology, systems, or processes that improve efficiency, compliance, customer experience, or safety.
Compliance and Ethical Standards – Evidence of GDPR compliance, ASA compliance, clinical governance, quality assurance, or other relevant regulatory standards.
Impact on Business Growth or Safety Culture – Metrics or evidence demonstrating improvements in business performance, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, or safety culture.
Problem-Solving and Crisis Response – Examples of successfully managing complex challenges, urgent situations, or delivering exceptional client support.
Thought Leadership and Industry Engagement – Speaking engagements, publications, training, educational initiatives, mentoring, research, advocacy, or wider contributions to advancing industry standards.
