Criteria

The Safety in Beauty Best Customer Service Award 2025, is given to business enterprise related to the sector of beauty, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or cosmetic interventions.

The business will demonstrate it strives daily to go above and beyond in giving clients or patients an outstanding customer service.

The business will ideally demonstrate the following criteria:

A safe, friendly and professional environment.
A clear informative website with comprehensive information.
An out of hours customer support contact or details of such.
A flawless experience for the consumer, with an unrivalled customer journey process.
Customer, patient or client testimonials demonstrating excellent service, within the last 12 to 18 months.
Examples of other unique ways the business supports the client or patient.

The winner is selected by a judging panel of 3 judges.

Public votes will be considered as a supportive element but will not determine the final outcome.
