- Consistently deliver high-quality work, demonstrating reliability and dedication to customers and end users
- Cross-functional Projects: Highlight contributions to projects showcasing effective collaboration.
- Promoting collaboration and teamwork through recognition emphasizes the importance of collective success over individual achievements, fostering a more cohesive and supportive workplace.

How is the winner chosen?
- A judging panel of 3 judges selects the winner.
- Voting opens 5th July 2024 and voting closes 5th September 2024

- Judging will take place from 5th October to 5th November 2024
- Final Winner will be announced at The Safety in Beauty Diamond Awards Ceremony and Gala at The Hilton Park Lane Hotel on December 7th 2024 at 6pm
