2025 Safety in Beauty Awards – Supporting Evidence Submission Criteria

To help our judging panel assess all entries and nominations submitted to us fairly, we ask that you submit supporting evidence based on your category.

If you have already submitted supporting evidence pleas ignore this information or feel free to submit any further supporting documents to help further your chances of being shortlisted.

– Usage Data and Outcomes: Statistics on usage, success rates, or measurable outcomes.

– Sustainability and Ethical Manufacturing: Evidence of responsible sourcing, cruelty-free credentials, or eco-conscious packaging.

– Innovation and Impact: Market disruption, problem-solving, or first-to-market achievements.

Category 2: Professional or Clinic

– Qualifications and Professional Credentials: CV or bio including certifications, CPD, or accreditations.

– Treatment and Safety Protocols: Patient safety measures, consent protocols, or aftercare processes.

– Case Studies or Before/After Documentation: Real examples with permission or anonymised results.

– Client Testimonials: Written or video testimonials from satisfied patients or clients.

– Complaint Handling and Risk Management: Procedures for incident management and client resolution.

– Clinical Environment Standards: Hygiene, infection control, or facility compliance documentation.

– Community Impact and Ethical Practice: Evidence of charitable work or sector-wide ethical contributions.

Category 3: Business Support Services

(Includes PR, Marketing, Digital, CQC Compliance, Software, Business Administration, Accounting, and Customer Service Support)

– Case Studies or Project Outcomes: Results from marketing, CQC support, software, accounting, or customer service projects.

– Compliance and Ethical Standards: Evidence of GDPR, ASA, or clinical governance compliance.
